I'm Shayan Khalilian — a senior product designer with a background in technology and business: front-end coding early on and three startup launches. That combination has taught me to think in systems, states, and constraints. It also keeps me close to strategy.
I work with teams and the people we serve to clarify the problem, structure the information and states, and ship small, testable increments—then we measure what matters, learn fast, and turn that into steady business growth. Best with teams that focus on outcomes and collaborate closely; less aligned with guesswork-only plans or decoration-only briefs.
My path to being a designer
Senior Product Designer at Keepa
One year in FinTech / LendTech (credit & BNPL infrastructure). Owned modules like billing, credit granting, collateral, and business entities, working end-to-end across portals/back-office and customer journeys.
UX Engineer (Promoted from Senior UX Designer) at Entekhab Electronic
Eight months in Enterprise Internal SaaS / InsurTech (insurance ops). Focused on design-to-dev handoff, design system alignment, and front-end implementation quality.
Product Designer at Tradeling
One year and three months in a B2B eCommerce marketplace (wholesale procurement). Designed Seller Center workflows across performance insights, access management, orders, and account.
Co-founder & Product Manager at Damond Crypto Exchange
Eleven months (part-time) in a crypto exchange (FinTech). Led product from discovery to MVP, prioritizing under uncertainty and shipping fast iterations.
Product Designer at Mrbilit
One year and six months in TravelTech / OTA. Improved key user journeys across multiple verticals with a growth-and-measurement mindset.

Seven months in Travel & Tourism (tours). Drove early go-to-market decisions while transitioning parts of offline tour sales to digital channels.
