Context

Marketplace operators needed a single source of truth for supply, demand, and service levels. Category managers required quick drill-downs; ops wanted alerts they could act on, not just charts.

The Problem

KPIs lived across spreadsheets and vendor tools. Weekly reviews were slow and reactive, and anomalies surfaced too late—often after sellers or buyers felt the pain.

The Solution

We built an actionable dashboard: topline tiles with trend context, drill-downs by category and seller, SLA heatmaps, and anomaly flags with ‘why it matters’ copy. Filters and saved views keep rituals fast.

The Impact

Time-to-intervene shortened, weekly reviews became lighter, and teams converged on shared numbers. Ops focused on decisions instead of data hunting.
