Context

Keepa was extending invoicing with net-terms for vetted customers. Risk and finance needed auditability; support needed clarity; customers wanted transparent limits and timelines. My goal was a flow that’s quick when approved and graceful when it’s not.

The Problem

Credit decisions lived in email threads with scattered documents. Criteria were opaque, limits varied by region, and applicants didn’t know what to upload. Support chased missing files; risk teams spent cycles on avoidable back-and-forth.

The Solution

We designed a guided application with clear steps: company profile, trade references, tax IDs, and beneficial owners. A real-time checklist and validation reduced errors. Post-submit, the status view explains decisions, next steps, and limits.

The Impact

Pilot teams saw fewer incomplete submissions and faster reviews. Applicants reported better clarity on required docs, while risk gained consistent inputs and an auditable trail across regions.
